Vehicle Description
We have reconditioned and sold over 160 LR Discovery 2's, and this one ranks in the "Top Ten"! Most obviously for its eye-popping appearance, certainly due to its rare and desirable color: Vienna Green. But that has been dramatically enhanced with a full, roof-down, trim-off repaint that truly gives it head-turning "new car" curb appeal. Wonderfully, the paint covers the top-of-the-line D2 model; a rare, low-mileage, no accidents 2004 HSE7 with the highly desirable Rear Air Conditioning system. Most importantly, we've installed a new remanufactured "Top Hat" (flanged cylinder liners) engine, freshly rebuilt from timing chain to rocker shafts for trouble-free running and long term reliability. Please appreciate that this is not just a new engine; it's stronger than the original engine and will certainly outlast it by a large margin. We've even reengineered the cooling system with the revolutionary Inline Thermostat conversion which dramatically drops operating temps some 20 to 30 degrees!
